These Terms govern your use of hayoor.com and purchases from Hayoor.

Using the Store

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account and to use the store only for lawful purposes.

Products & Pricing

We aim to display product descriptions, images, sizes and prices accurately. Availability and pricing may change. Product colors may vary by screen and lighting conditions.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Hayoor may contact you to confirm order information and may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including where information is inaccurate, a product is unavailable or an operational issue occurs.

Payment

Prices are displayed in PKR unless otherwise stated. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer is responsible for receiving the order and paying the amount due to the courier.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery information is described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges policy and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Hayoor's name, logos, images, text and other original content may not be copied or used commercially without permission unless permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

The store relies on third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers and courier companies, which may have their own terms and policies.
